Gold-Toning combines a slower pace with a full body workout that redefines the body using weights to exercise those muscles. Gold-Toning combines a slower pace with a full body workout that redefines the body using weights to exercise those muscles. Gold-Toning combines a slower pace with a full body workout that redefines the body using weights to exercise those muscles. Gold-Toning combines a slower pace with a full body workout that redefines the body using weights to exercise those muscles. Toning Designed for people who want to focus on low intensity muscle conditioning and light weight activity.
Gold-Toning combines a slower pace with a full body workout that redefines the body using weights to exercise those muscles. It also contains stretching which consists of a series of gentle exercises for the muscles for greater effort and to increase the range of motion in the joints.
