EVENT DETAILS

This is a 30 minute cycling cardio workout with motivational music to make the time fly. Ride at three varying levels of speed with easy access to increase or decrease the resistance of your bike at the touch of your fingertips. Nearly everything on the spin bike is adjustable, so this spinning class can be geared toward your personal level of fitness. The exercise class consists of 7 different tracks, each with its own energetic song and goal.
