Not your typical dance class! Incorporating a HITT setup, members are encouraged to push themselves out of their comfort zones, but at their own pace. By combining classic fitness moves, such as burpees, speed skaters, and jumping jacks with exciting dance moves, partipcants get the best of both fitness worlds.
