This 30-minuse class uses a combination of strength training, stability movements core stabilization and cardio through dynamic movements that utilize multiple muscle groups at the same time. Designed to tone the legs, booty and burn fat using a variety of equipment. You will get a great workout leaving you sore but wanting more.
