Event Type 2 Hip Hop Cardio

A fun cardio fitness class designed to get your heart rate up and tone your body by utilizing dynamic movements infused with hip hop. You will work up a sweat dancing to popular hip hop music while working out with an easy to follow sequence of movements. When it doubt , shake it out!
